No returns accepted unless product is received damaged from shipment. Absolutely no returns on electrical parts. If items are received damaged during shipment, please contact us at 717-261-9560 and we will provide instructions on how and were to ship your item back. Items that are returned from damage during shipment will be replaced with a new version of the item / part. A 20% restocking fee may apply to non damaged returns.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm Monday through Thursday will be process the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Fridays will be processed on Monday. All of the products on our site can be shipped. We ship orders from the previous day after 2:00pm through the current business day until 2:00pm. We currently only ship to customers in the United States and we will choose the shipping carrier of our choice, unless you choose to ship using an account of your own through a national carrier. You will receive an electronic tracking number for your order when it is available.
We do offer local pickup for orders in our immediate area. We’ve calculated the zip codes that we want to qualify for local pickup and this option will be displayed during checkout if your zip code qualifies.
